Who you are dealing with

PROP is operated by ASSET LAB LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. Everything sold here is a digital file for use in Roblox experiences.

PROP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live with the consent of a parent or guardian. Payment is taken through PayPal, which does not issue accounts to under-18s.

You may not use the shop if you are subject to sanctions, or located in a country subject to a United States embargo.

Your account

You sign in with Roblox. That account identifies you, receives what you buy, and holds your licences, so keep it secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, and we are not liable for loss arising from someone else using it.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply where you are. Payment is processed by PayPal under its own terms; card details are never seen or stored by ASSET LAB LLC.

Orders under $10.50 carry a $0.50 small order fee, shown before you pay. It covers the fixed per-transaction cost a small order cannot otherwise absorb.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when payment is captured and the model is delivered. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a price was listed in error, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

Delivery and immediate performance

Delivery is automatic and usually immediate. Models are granted to the Roblox account you signed in with, or to the account you named when sending a gift, and the files appear in your library.

Because delivery begins as soon as you pay, buying is a request for it to start immediately and an acceptance of what that means for the right to cancel. See the refund policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to obtain models without paying for them.
• Do not probe, scan, overload, or interfere with this site or its infrastructure.
• Do not use automated means to scrape the catalogue or download files.
• Do not use a payment method that is not yours, or reverse a payment for a model you keep using.
• Do not resell, share or redistribute what you buy — see the licence.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and withdraw access to its purchases, without a refund.

Our rights in the site

The models, images, text, and the shop itself belong to ASSET LAB LLC or its licensors. Buying a model gives you the licence and nothing more.

Availability

The shop is provided as it is and as available. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and products may be added, changed, or withdrawn from sale at any time. Withdrawing a product from sale does not affect a licence already bought.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent the law allows, ASSET LAB LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a model will suit your project, or that Roblox platform changes will not affect how it behaves.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ASSET LAB LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, for lost profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for anything arising from how a model is used in your experience.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim concerns.

Indemnity

You agree to cover ASSET LAB LLC against claims arising from your breach of these terms or the licence, or from your use of a model in a way they do not permit.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the UK or the EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Before starting proceedings, please contact us — almost everything is resolved faster that way.

If part of this fails

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it.

Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when you bought, and the date at the top says when it last changed.
