Standard licence

What you are granted

ASSET LAB LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the model inside Roblox experiences that you own and operate, for as long as these terms are observed. The licence is tied to the Roblox account it was delivered to, and only moves from it through the transfer process described below.

The model itself, and every copyright in it, stays with ASSET LAB LLC. Nothing here transfers ownership.

What you may do

• Place and use the model in Roblox experiences you own and operate.
• Use it across as many of your own experiences as you like.
• Keep working copies for your own use in those experiences.

What you may not do

• Modify it. No retexturing, remodelling, rescaling, recolouring, taking it apart, or building derivative models from it or any part of it.
• Reuse its parts. Meshes, textures and components may not be extracted and used separately or in other work.
• Share or distribute it. No reselling, giving away, lending, sublicensing or publishing the files, in whole or in part.
• Upload it anywhere. No marketplaces, asset libraries, model sites, free-model catalogues, or public Roblox groups.
• Pass it to anyone else. The licence is yours alone. That includes sharing your account or login.
• Claim it as your own. You may not present the model as your work or register any right in it.
• Use it outside Roblox. This licence covers Roblox experiences and nothing else.

How it reaches you

Models are delivered to the Roblox account you signed in with, or to the account you named when sending one as a gift. Files stay available in your library for as long as your licence is in good standing.

Transfers

A licence is tied to the Roblox account it was delivered to. If you lose access to that account, or need the model on a different one you own, we will move it once — but only within 12 months of the purchase date. After that the licence stays on the original account permanently.

A licence can also be moved to a different person, but only with a valid reason and only if we agree to it — a gift sent to the wrong account, or a project changing hands, for example. Ask before assuming.

What this is not is a way to resell. A licence may never be sold, traded, or exchanged for anything, and a transfer will be refused where that is what is happening.

Support

Support for a purchase is available for 12 months from the purchase date. That covers broken or missing files, delivery problems, and questions about using the model as supplied, and is given in our public Discord. After 12 months the files stay in your library and the licence continues, but we are no longer obliged to provide support, fixes, or updates for that purchase.

Support does not cover changes you make to your own experience, conflicts with other creators' assets, or Roblox platform changes that affect how a model behaves.

If the licence ends

The licence ends immediately if these terms are broken, or if a payment is reversed after delivery. When it ends you must stop using the model and remove it from your experiences, and access to the files is withdrawn. Nothing else affects it.

No warranty

Models are provided as they are. ASSET LAB LLC does not warrant that a model will suit a particular purpose or work with every Roblox feature or future platform change. If a file is broken, does not match its description, or never arrived, get in touch and it will be put right.
